The rollout was carefully planned and executed to maximise efficiency, reduce costs, and future-proof the community’s digital foundation.
Residents enjoy a seamlessly connected environment, supported by high-resolution CCTV with licence plate recognition, advanced electronic access control, integrated FOXTEL and free-to-air television, and reliable Wi-Fi coverage across both private villas and community facilities. CoreFibre also produced comprehensive design documentation and oversaw deployment for shared amenities, including intercom and technology systems, to guarantee performance and ease of use.
